Initially formed in 2005, A.M. Pacific has been steadily gaining fans throughout the Los Angeles area with their sexy, intense electronic  soundscapes.

Vocalist Lisa Donnelly, a classically trained chanteuse who initially discovered her niche in the blues scene of Kansas City, relocated to Los Angeles and answered an ad posted by guitarist/songwriter Leo Canneto, an Argentinean-born, New York-raised musician who previously played in the pioneering industrial band Virus23. Discovering an instant musical rapport, they quickly added bassist John Armstrong to the lineup and augmented their songs with layered keyboards and programmed drums and loops, forging a  singular, sultry sound that rocks harder than you might expect from an electronica-based band.
They’ve played extensively in the Los Angeles area since, winning loyal followings at such venues as the Hotel Café, Tangiers, the Roxy and the Henry Fonda Theatre, where they performed for two sell-out crowds. The group recently introduced a new live lineup that doubles the musicians onstage by adding a drummer, violinist and second guitarist to the mix.
A.M. Pacific’s first album, titled “11:11″, is available from all the usual online suspects, but can also be streamed at their website, www.am-pacific.com.
